The Project Bryanston A involved the pipe replacement programme of approximately 12000 meters of pipelines in the above mentioned areas. Existing AC pipes were decommissioned and remain in the ground, old valves and fire hydrants were returned to the Depot. Steel pipe house connections were replaced by HDPE pipes from the main up to the water meters. Additional construction was requested in October 2009 in Bryanston Drive for a 160mm pipeline from William Nicol Road to Eaton Avenue and a 250mm diameter road crossing, including the change–overs from Cottesmore Road to Eaton Avenue
